2 simple questions about GRE®/TOEFL® (passport and the registration)

i have just 2 simple questions please guide me someone :(

1) Will the passport and the registration number be enough for me to prove my identity and give a exam.

2) Do we always need to disagree with the argument topic/ Issue topic, does it always have flaws.
