A) trickily B) fraudulently C) deceptively D) deceitfully

I need explanations as to why A or B or D are not correct. Thank you!

She is not being tricky or deceitful, and the action is not fraudulent; there is no element of ruse here. It is simply that the pose does not reflect her inner feelings.

Deceptive = 2. perceptually misleading: It looks like a curved line, but it's deceptive.
