'Dizzy' suggests that you feel as if your head is spinning. Some people feel dizzy when they get to the top of a very high tower and look down.

In addition to Alan's answer you might be interested to learn that your question should read "What does dizzy mean?" Also, it's probably a good idea for you if you start using a dictionary if you want to learn the meaning of new words.
