Hi,

For those who enjoy listening to non-native children conversing in English, here's an insight.

Malaysian children's accent

In the conversation there will be one Malay word 'KITA' which means 'US'. They made some grammar mistakes (which I do to) but to my Malaysian ears they are intelligible. This is exactly how the children at a kindergarten where I used to work, and other parts in Malaysia speak.

I wonder whether other forumers can understand them.

I understand them pretty well, except for a sentence or two, but then I have years of practice in understanding even the worst accents. Very Happy
