I say its a pronoun for the word "her" while others says the better term is "adjective". which is true for the bellow?:

All her clothes are neatly ironed.

In your sentence, 'her' has the sense of 'belonging to her' and is a possessive adjective or determiner.

Most people who are fluent in English would not be able to answer this question... So, I would recommend to focus on other important things than going into details of grammar if you do not need them for academic purposes...

.
All the fluent speakers here can answer your question, Solomon.

Her is a pronomial in form (the possessive form of she), but it is a possessive adjective (a kind of determiner) in function in your sentence. It is also an object pronoun, the objective form of she:

All her clothes are ironed. (possessive adjective)
I'll see her tonight. (object pronoun)

I have seen many fluent speakers who do not know what "pronoun" means, yet she/he speaks English quite well...

Ooops, sorry Mister Micawber,

I have just noticed that you meant people here, not in general...
