I was unable to answer the last question of dummy passage as I ran out of time.

Will that have any impact on my score?

I think the last question is more that one point. Also it is the most awkward question. I think it is better to just guess if you have not time to read. Just guess. Maybe it sounds like bad advice who knows that your guess is correct.
