somebody else's accent is the correct form

Not quite sure what you want to say here. I guess idem could describe the way Americans pronounce the word item.

What exactly do you mean?
rich7 wrote:

It should read everybody elses's accent.

But what I meant was, what was the correct answer among all. and by idem: I meant the same which is: "what is the correct form" as in the first question.

Is it clear now? if not, let me now so I can work on my asking skills a little more?

Well, I think this doesn't make sense.

rich7 wrote:

This is the accent spoken by another person. For example, if the police replay a message on their answering machine in your presence asking you if that was your voice, you may say: No, that's somebody else's accent.

rich7 wrote:
everybody's accent: the same

This simply describes the accent or accents that is or are spoken by everybody.

rich7 wrote:

It should read everybody else's accent, no need to add the possessive s twice.
