Hi,

How about this then?

Quote:
A startling new study by medical researchers in the United States has caused consternation among public health professionals by suggesting that, contrary to conventional wisdom, being overweight might actually be beneficial for health

Wow, Alan, is this really reliable? I always try to eat moderately. I struggle to avoid being 'overweight'. Sad But Why do those medical researchers in the United States say that it might be beneficial for health? Could you give us further information about it?

Well, it might help if you expect really bad times coming soon Smile If you have have landed on some uninhabited island, some internal resources will be useful. Though, I don't think it is a common situation...

I am not sure whether being overweight is beneficial but I know some people who do not have the best figure but are very fit, who can even beat me at running. They are usually middle-aged men.And I suppose they can't help if they have the belly. It's nature(?)

Call me crazy, but I even think it's cute and downright sexy, sometimes.

Nicholas, you are young, eat as much as you like, you need it. The important thing is exercising. My PE teacher always told us this. (Well, you know, girls are usually cautious of their figure)

Here is a tip though, eat for your skin, that means more vegetable, you cannot be fat.
