I have just come back from TOEFL® IBT exam.

do not be scared. I also did not get any score and I am waiting them to announce the scores. they gave the app. date but does anybody know at what time they announce scores???

I know my post is irrelevant to this topic discussions ,but i thought its better too ask from the guys who experienced the exam.I have not registered for the exam yet(i just bought a voucher num )but I whoud take it by june.
I had started with these two books:
Official Guide to the new TOEFL
Barrons How to repare for TOEFL
would you please to tell me which material is the best choice for starting and which books or ... are helpful for my grammar and speaking

congrats for all who mentioned your marks here..
Really you all scored well..
I will take the test by next month...
I just wants to know about the total or maximum score of toefl..
Also there is negative marks right..you people attended all the questions r left out the questions which you were in doubt because of negative marks..
Iam eager to know about this also if possible will you please tell me about the speaking and writing topic you got in the test..

Hi Priyasathiya,

The TOEFL IBT exam is made up of 4sections of 30pts each making a total of 120.
As I have witness, most colleges and universities admit students with 79 and above.

There is no negative making in TOEFL ibt, so, answering a question wrongly has no penalty.
