Hello there,

Can I use "ambience" in this sentence?

"In this story a totally different ambience is going on"

Or "ambience" is a word that we can oly use for places?

No, 'ambience' can be used to describe a story, too.

Hi,

Just a refinement, Lilish, to your sentence: "In this story there exists a totally different ambience "
