HEllO
I have a question which has been confused me for a long time.:
Shanghai is larger than ....... city in India.
A. any other
B.other
C.all other
D.any
Some of my friends say it is D but some say it is A.
I don't know which of two is correct?
PLEASE help me.

Since Shanghai is not in India, the correct answer is (D).

To use (A) we'd have to say 'Shanghai is larger than any other city in China'.
