Can I apply in university? Which university should I apply with this GRE score?

i gave my gre and i scored very low ...total 850..(horrible).
quants -610 , verbal -240..wat a joke..

but still i want to apply if it is applicable...or could u give me some unversities name so that i can apply??
please help me...
