What does 'shake' mean here? Does it refer to a woman's bottom?

What Torsten wrote would be a typical meaning for your sentence, but if the actor was playing with words, it's not really possible to say for sure what the intended meaning was unless you provide more context. I suppose your interpretation could fit in just the right context. What movie did you hear that sentence in?

Thank you for the response. Sorry for the lack of context though. I was assuming that the phrase was normally used by English speakers.

I can't remember where I heard it but usually it was said by a man when he is appreciating a woman's look (lewdly, I think). I tried to make sense of it so I can only imagine the butt because the eyes linger on the butt the most.

The woman's derriere shakes when she walks, so when the man sees her, he is saying that as a form of slightly vulgar flirtation.

Once an Arabic friend of mine was teaching another guy and me how to make Turkish coffee. When it came time to stir the concoction, she didn't know the word "stir", so she said, "Now you must shake it." The other guy and I started wiggling our butts all around the kitchen, yelling, "Shake it, baby!"

By the way, there's a whole German song that I like about a woman's rear end shaking when she walks. It's so stupid that I can't help but enjoy it.
