Hi

Do you find the following correct and natural? Any suggestions are welcome.

Quote:
India is one hour ahead of Pakistan. I know this because the programs telecast at 9 in India are online at 8 in Pakistan.

India is an hour ahead of Pakistan. I know this because (the) programs telecast at 9 in India are on at 8 in Pakistan.
