Hi All,

A user told me that he's missing a connection in his program and therefore the program doesn't work as expected.

I wrote him following:

I will remedy it if I may connect to your PC.

Is that OK to use remedy instead of using to fix?

Yes, you can say you fix a problem or that you remedy a problem.

However, you can't say that you remedy a solid object, so you can't remedy a car or a computer; you have to fix those.
