Yes Torsten:

Since the students can be tested upon arrival in Singapore and placed in an Intensive English Program, if required, to raise their English scores to enter full-time academic programs - flexible. All programs do not need IELTS or TOEFL scores upfront for admission. Students can undergo a Pathway or ENglish Foundation Program with guarenteed admissions to academic programs after completion of the Foundation program. Students can simultaneously apply for the foundation program and subsequent academic program without English scores attached to application. I hope this answers your questions.

Can you listed some of the academic programs which give foreigners admissions if they complete English Foundation Programs??
