The correct answer (indicated above the original question) is 'risks'. Billy chose 'threats' as the answer, but asked "why [is] 'threats' [the answer]?" Yankee has clarified that situation.

seems no post touches substance. I chose threats ,so I wonder why risks not threats? what are the differences between them?

By usage, 'property' suffers risks, not threats.
