Could you please tell me the term for the raised objects in the middle of roads which light up when head lights fall on them?

Some sort of 'centerline reflectors' but I don't know a specific term if there is one. Any civil engineers on line?

We just call those reflectors. In the US, we don't have them in the center of roads, because the line is made of reflectorized paint.

They're also called "reflective/solar road studs".

I think it would be more accurate to say that most roads don't have them in the US. But there are definitely some that do:
