GRE score (620V and 750M)

I just took GRE and I got like 1370 (620V and 750M) I am an international student. The score is kind of low........but I really want to apply to some top schools.......
Is there any chance to get admitted? How important is that score?
Any ideas would be appreicated.

I think your score is good enough to be admitted by top schools. Just get quick and apply one because the most prestigious universities accept student till the end of January. Your verbal score is 620 and this is a kind of score which students in my country get excessively elated when they gain such a score and you got 750 on quantitative which is also remarkable. I think by these scores no doubt for your success on GRE so do not hesitate for applying.

how long did you prepare for scoring that. what material did you use? thanks in advance.

Yes, I would love to know what materials you studied. I have Cracking the GRE, the GRE Test for Dummies, and also Barron's Essential Words for the GRE. Plus, I have the GRE Bible which I downloaded along with the PowerPrep. I don't know where to begin. It's so overwhelming to me.

Those score are good if you have the rigt education and experience to back it..there are a lot of top school that are filtering students form other top schools soley because of the school they did thier undergrad in..so someone with lower score from prenceton will probably get into harvard and you form a state school will be kicked to the curb..ahahha..

They all tell you the same sob story as to not using teh GRE alone, thats because of the allowance they make for thier kids of aluimni and those throwing them the millions...

Just apply to a wide variety of schools and make the most of wahtever shcool you go to!!
