I don't see any difference. They mean the same thing, and neither one is wrong. You have a choice.

"Soundness" here means solidity. If a table is structurally sound, it won't break apart for fall over. If a sentence is grammatically sound, it means it's solid and will stand up to scrutiny. In other words, there are no grammatical mistakes in it.
