Do you give your baby breast milk? Is your baby breast feeding? |
You can say those, or you can say, "Do you nurse your baby?" or, "Are you nursing?" (And say "breast milk", not just "breast". Otherwise it sounds like a sexual joke.)
And finally and I wanted to know if the following sentence was correct to ask somebody how long she's been pregnant:

How far gone are you? Any other way to say that? Which one is the more common? |
Johan, you CAN'T say it like that! When you ask how far gone someone is, it means they're in an ugly process of dying!
You can say,
"How long have you been pregnant?" "How long have you been expecting?"
or you can say,
"When is the baby due?"
But make sure you don't ask ANY of those questions to a woman who is not pregnant! |

 so if you ask how far gone someone is, does it mean how long the person has been sick or how much longer the person will live? |

It means, "How much have you deteriorated?" |
