Hi Rahul,
What kind of documents and emails do you create at work? Whom do you send your emails to? Do you get any emails in response to your emails? If so, are those emails written by native speakers of English? I'm asking because it's probably best if you read a lot of emails that are similar in contents and structure to the ones you have to write. Why re-invent the wheel when you can learn from others? Also, I recommend you use a spell checker when you compose your documents. What about punctuation? I'm sure you know that the basics of English punctuation? _________________ Test Of English for International Communication TOEIC Preparation & TOEIC Vocabulary |

Hi Rahul,
There is a number of things you might considering doing. For example, when you write a text, pay attention to such details like spelling and punctuation. Don't develop the habit of using words that don't exist in English such as "i", "u" etc. Also, start each sentence with a capital letter and leave a space after the full stop. Another important thing for you to do is find examples of the type of documents you have to create. Why make life harder by trying to re-invent the wheel when you can learn from other people? Use Google and brainstorm keywords like "taking the minutes", "sample meeting summary", "how to write a summary of a meeting", etc.
Let me know what you think. Regards, Torsten _________________ Test Of English for International Communication TOEIC Preparation & TOEIC Vocabulary |

Hi Rahul,
What do you think about capitalizing the personal pronoun "I"? Why not start a sentence with a capital letter too? Finally, you might want to consider putting a space after a comma and a full stop.
Also have you googled the phrase "How to take the minutes of a metting"? What were the results? _________________ Test Of English for International Communication TOEIC Preparation & TOEIC Vocabulary |
