The sentences aren't right. "Need" isn't an auxiliary verb, so it can't be part of a tag question.
The sentences should be like this:

You need to go, don't you? She doesn't need to go, does she? |
For the majority of native English speakers in the world, "needn't" is a bit archaic and is not used often. |

| Thank you for the explanation. But it seems that "need" is sometimes used as an auxiliary. So how can we distinguish it from the normal verb and the auxiliary one? |

Note that in North America we seldom use "needn't", unless we're trying to be funny by imitating upper-class British people. You only need to understand "needn't", but you don't need to use it. |
