hallow all;

I refered to (English Grammar in Use) book, i found about 'must' and 'have to';

that when we say; i have to do some thing; it mean it is necessary to do it or I am obliged to do it.

ex: you have to wear glasses for reading.

and we use must to give our opinion ( what you thing it is necessary, or recommend someone to do something)

ex: Torsten is realy nice person. you must meet him. (recommended)

but must is often use in written rules and instructions:

ex: you must write answers in ink
ex: applications for job must be received by 25 jan.

regards;
Ali

hi there¡

The use of has of has/have is in simple present(habits and routines)
I HAVE
YOU HAVE

HE HAS
SHE HAS
IT HAS
WE HAVE
YOU HAVE
THEY HAVE

So he, she and it with has all right?
look at the following examples:

she has a beautiful house

on the other hand HAD refers to the past simple of the verb have/has

look:

she had a nice voice
we had an old car

note: In the simple past had is used for all the subjects
simple present- she has a good handwriting
past simple: she had a good handwriting

I hope it helps you
salam

good morning!My bestfriend's name is Liezl. Liezl's biggest dream is to finish her study. I still remember the memories of our childhood. Liezl loves cooking while I love reading books. My bestfriend's motto is "if others can't do why can't I?She's really a good friend of mine. She loves me too much and I love her also. For now, she is working in an executive company in Manila.
It's been a long time when we have a long conversation that's why I am very excited to see her again.

please. correct my grammar.

Thank you.

Hi Torsten, This is a wonderful opportunity to learn language. I can't afford to go to extra class paying money. It is improving my grammar. I scored 10 out of 10 till level 6, but i do small mistakes while speaking. I don't know how to improve this bad habit. I think I should concentrate more on audio lessons. I have difficulty in forming two sentences of different tenses. So i am looking forward to take your lesson on forming big sentences like 'If i had taken that road, i would have reached now', 'They finished (had finished) the dinner by the time i reached there' .
Thank u

Hi Torsten!
I've just done the test and made one mistake. I confused with "must" and "Have to" in the question 3[/img]
