Times change and consequently a lifestyle of people is different in comparison with the past. It is widely considered that the most amazing fact of this phenomenon is that people are living longer now. Undoubtedly, the life expectancy is prolonged, but what are the real reasons for this incredible particularity?

Firstly, it is easily noticeable that more and more people move in huge agglomerations where they are tempted by great dieticians to eat in a healthier way. This is exactly the main factor that involves not only a longer life but also a good mood. In fact, the city life stimulates its inhabitants to put the great emphasis on the attractive appearance which can be achieved only thanks to well-selected nutrients. It has been proved that those who are aware of quantity of calories and ways they affect the human system live longer.

Besides, a positive influence on longevity has an incessant medical development. It contributes basically to modern treatment methods, but also to the production of more effective remedies. Thanks to well-developed medical system present patients recover from quicker and fall ill more rarely.

We can not forget that our attitude towards a life has changed. Previously, we were extremely concentrated on working, but the situation in the job market has ameliorated. Therefore, the vast majority of people can eventually enjoy living without economical difficulties. It means having everything within reach, raging from exclusive medicaments to the simple contentedness with the reality.

In conclusion, I must confess that people are living longer mainly because the status of life has improved. I strongly approve of all efforts of experts thanks to whom we can enjoy being alive longer. Without a doubt, we should be striving to increase life quality and expectancy within our current life span so as to prolong every moment of our existence.
