fires on all four cylinder?

Hi,

There is this promotional video by SiteSell where at some point you can hear the following phrase:

"... soon Jim will have an CTPM site that fires on all four cylinder." Now, I guess the video was purely cut and the plural "s" after "cylinder" can't be heard. Or is there such a phrase "to fire on all four cylinder"?
