Hi Torsten,
I would suggest either 'adult males' or 'male adults'. 'Adults males' doesn't make sense to me. I would think that 'male adults' would be used after perhaps mentioning 'female adults'.

Was "adults males" part of a sentence? It doesn't make any sense to me either.
Or was "adults males" just part of a multiple choice list from which you are to pick the correct option? . _________________ "Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power." ~ Abraham Lincoln |

"Adults males" was one of the options in a multiple choice test question.

Hi Charles,
Based on Alan's explanation I think "adults males" simply is a typo since all the answer options in the TOEIC test are written in correct English.
