| I think if your other credetentials support that you are eligible, you still can get admission from one of the top 50 universities. However, if your other credentials are not outstanding, I think you should apply to the universities between 100 - 200. To guarantee admission, also apply one or two university between 400 - 500. |

Thanks, your improvement helps motivate me to study. unfortunately i know nothing about colleges and where you might get in. I have to worry a lot because even though my grades and scores are high, I never really attended class...i just studied on my own..so most of my professors don't know or like me. Therefore, I have few people to give me recommendations. Also, I ended up quitting an internship that I had, resulting in a poor record and no real work experience. If anyone has advice on where to apply for work or internships as a physics/finance major, please message me.
Anyways, although i don't know much about colleges, I do know that you have good research experience. Therefore, i think most colleges are an option for you, though the probability of getting into top 10 like MIT is pretty low with your scores/GPA. However, most of the places on your list appear likely to accept you. Good luck! |
