Types of TOEFL® iBT essays

Hello everbady.
I'm a newcomer here and I wanna improve essay writing. So I gonna ask you
how many types of topics I can encounter in Toefl iBT. How I gotta write the essay for the special type of topic.

TOEFL listening lectures: How would you describe the results of the Viking biological experiments?

Independent Essay Topics:
1.Universal issues:
education;
use of leisure time;
raising children;
health and medicine;the past and the present;
2.Science and Technology issues:
computers and people;
space exploration;
3.Social issues:
gun control;
government spending;
4.Personal issues:
choosing a job;
friends and family;
parents and children;
5.Environmental problems:
pollution;
world population.

Notes taking is most important for the intergrated essay, becouse you'll be able to see the text while writing, but you'll hear the lecture only once.
