Hi Aleaf

In the context of discussion about Carla Bruni, 'a catch' is a person considered desirable as a partner or spouse. (See definition 5 here.)

'Arm candy' is an extremely beautiful person who accompanies a member of the opposite sex to a party or event, but is not romantically involved with that person (cf. eye candy).

And you can find the definition of 'rocker' here.
