Hello everyone,

I'd like to ask if you find the following sentence natural and gramatically correct.

Health monitoring of the company employees engaged in production is an integral part of the general politics to organize health protection and safety measures.

Hi KLPNO
The sentence sounds a little awkward. The problem is in the second half. I would change it to something like '...part of the company's health and safety policy.'
Hope this helps.
