As good as can have the literal meaning (Jelly is as good as jam); it can also mean 'equivalent to' in casual English (If I forget my wife's birthday, I am as good as dead!)

'Good' is an adjective; 'well' is an adverb. This applies also to the phrases.

Hi Nghung,

The other point to remember is that 'as well as' can also have the meaning of 'in addition to' as in: They have taken the books with them as well as the films.
