The use and position of 'Left'. #1 (permalink) Fri Feb 01, 2008 0:12 am   The use and position of 'Left'.

Hello everybody! how is it going?

May you correct these sentences, please?

1.- There is no wine left
2.- She has no friends left
3.- Is there some wine LEFT?
4.- Has she got any friends LEFT?

I normally hesitate when using `left`in questions. I donīt know if it is well placed. Did I make any other mistake in those sentences above? If so, would you mind checking it, please?

Thanks a million!

Pedro
