Takin initiative is a good thing or bad? when you take an initiative to improve thing or a process or a system, you are tend to make some people upset. Whoever designed the system or has been working with a system producing errors is most likely to get offended. So now the question is how do you propose a system change so that nobody is offended. ANd again most of the time even when you are making right suggestions, things are not taken into right context this means you have to be extra carefull when you propose a changes against your boss's system!

Well that's it for todays essay! Please correct and point out the necessary corections.

Thanks & regards,

Oh, tell me about it!

I once changed a recipe of a software that both I and my partner use. He didn't know about the changes and when he found out, he went berserk!

And you know what, I'm going to do it again, just to spite him. Twisted Evil
