I havent't decided to go anywhere this summer.
I haven't decided to go somewhere this summer.

Or do you mean "I've decided to go nowhere this summer"?

If you want or intend to go somewhere, but have not yet made a decision about where to go, you can say this:

I haven't decided where to go this summer.
