.
1-- Not B because it says 'but, I'll do my best', so it is a problem.

2-- Does is an auxiliary verb and cannot stand alone here; count is the right meaning (= has importance)

3-- A poor question. A, B, C and D are all possible in current English.

4-- Passive (to be taken) is required, since the subject is 'anything')

5-- Look at the sentence with the clauses reversed: When Jasmine was holidaying..., she was bitten...by a lion. The holiday and the bite occurred during the same time.

6-- This is a poorly formed sentence, too. A noun clause as predicate complement is required, which requires the pronoun what. Compare: This is what (not that) I want.

7-- Reversal is possible in fronted adverbial clauses; in C, as means because, which is inappropriate here.

8-- Only which works with prepositions.

Hi, MM

Could you tell me if we can also say Do you have anything to take to your son Mr Wang ?
I mean, people say I have nothing to say to you and I have something to give you don't they ?

Thanks in advance.

Possibly, but it is open to confusion unless set in context, so is a wrong selection here.

Clearer and common:

I'm going to Shanghai tomorrow , Do you have anything you want me to / for me to take to your son Mr Wang?
.
