Does this make sense?

The typical morning activities include death cart labourers dragging the corpses of children, women and men out of their homes, to be thrown in a heap on a death cart and finally disposed of in nearby pits.

Hi Jadelinna,

The use of 'to be thrown' is really a contraction of what is understood to be 'which are going to be thrown'.
