Hello every one here.I am new and still learning the writing articles.Please check my articles and comment.So i can improve them.i am taking my toefl exam in april first week.please do comment i know i am poor but still i want to be better at it.

Essay: People do many different things to stay healthy. What do you do for good health?

Everyone know how much important is money in today's life. So some one said correctly that health is wealth. Everyone today is so busy in his professional life.

he is not able to take out time for any exercise for his body to keep good health, but do you thing its good ? well i say No. A healthier person can only work efficiently. More efficiency means more promotion in work.finaly which results to good increment into your salary. so people should start taking out daily at list one hour out of busy schedule for his gym. I want to give example of my self only. i go to bed at twelve midnight and woke up early around five .I drink 4 to 5 full glass of portable water and go for walk in garden. I walk around 40 minutes and come back home. Only doing this simple exercise, I am today very fit, I don’t have any kind of disease, i don’t get ill instantly by any climate changes. I feel every day refreshed i can work well at my job. i have received two increments in my salary from last one year due to my work performance. See applying simple one hour exercise rule can change our entire life. so i believe now you all also believe in statement health is wealth.
