Awful sentence or what?

Is it just me or would you agree that the following is a rather awful sentence?

Goal- and success-oriented teamwork is only possible when the advantages of diversity in both the group and the tasks are recognised, accepted and above all utilised both in the group and the tasks at hand.

This organisation picks out examples of both plain English and gobbledegook. It's worth looking at.
