.
English grammar does not allow both pronoun and its noun referent in the same function in the same clause. These are all wrong in standard English:

(X) Our clients they come.
(X) My brother he's deaf.
(X) I gave it to them my friends.
etc.
.

Better, but the sentence is still a little odd, with 'can' in the first clause and simple present in the second.

then when do we use 'can' in the sentence. Do I always use will is it indicates the simple present?

Thanks
