Well, obviously Dreamweaver here is just the name of the website-building software, and the makers may have just thought it sounded 'romantically' appropriate to their product. It is a made-up word which appears in various movies, books and tales. HERE is one.

Steamui is not an English word, and it looks like it should be spelled SteamUI-- Emglish 'steam' plus an abbreviation I do not know-- something to do with the function of this software, no doubt.

There is little point in wasting your time trying to figure out the meanings of software names, Mohammad, or IT names in general; they are coined liberally and with little relationship to anything other than the coiners' fay imaginations.
