Tlhanks a lot for joining our forum. What are you doing in order to improve English? How much time do you spend listening to English every day?
Regards, Torsten

Hi Rubab,
You need to listen to authentic English on a daily basis. Analyze how native speakers interact with other and copy them. Do you have access to authentic spoken English?

Where did you come across the term "institutional filiation"? By the way, you don't need more time to surround yourself with English you just need some motivation and creativity.

They probably meant your "institutional affiliation" -- in other words, they wanted to know your current status in relation to the university. Maybe they wanted to know who is paying for your program.
