Social networking on the Internet? #1 (permalink) Mon Feb 25, 2008 19:57 pm   Social networking on the Internet?

So what is your take on websites like Myspace or Facebook? There are hundreds of so called "social network sites" available on the Internet and it seems that almost everybody is using one of them on a regular basis. Are you one of them? I mean, do you think that the Internet has changed the way we build and maintain connections with other people? Or is social networking just another buzzword that describes a short lived trend?
