Can i ask question like this "Where is the match going ? " or " Where is the match happenig?" which one is correct or none of them is correct.

I would suggest: Where is the match taking place?

or

Where is the match being held?

just as a little something extra, asking "where is the match going?" is a way of saying "will this match ever get exciting?"

in answer to your original question, you'd say "where is the match happening?"
