Corrections are in bold, but #1 and #5 seem to be British idioms? At least, I cannot think of a good natural answer with 'get'.

1.When is the bus due to depart?(get)
When does the bus get off/away -- (This is all I can think of)
2.To get home on time I have to get up at 6.00(means)
To get home on time means I have to get up at 6.00.
3.Is there any news?(happened)
Has anything happened?

5.The police towed away Brown's car(got)
The police have got Brown's car -- (Again, I cannot think of a good 'get' idiom in AmE.)

8.It wasn't very nice of you not to invite me to your party( might)
You might have invited me to your party
9.The money is not to be paid under any circumstances( no)
Under no circumstances is the money to be paid

11.Sue was the first person I asked for advice(whose)
Sue was the first person whose advice I asked.
12.Not a single house in the street had escaped undamaged(which)
There was no house in the street which escaped undamaged

14.You were in my dreams last night(about)
I dreamt about you last night
15.Irene rewrote the Russian book in English(from)
Irene translated the book from Russian into English
