It might depend a little on how you ended up without electricity in the first place.

Here are a few possibilities:

- The power was restored.
- The electric company restored the power.
- The electric company turned/switched the power back on.
- The lights came back on.
(quite informal)

And if the electric company (is it the electric company that does it?) turns power off, can I say, "Power's gone". Are there any other colloquial ways of putting it?
