I have a problem with almost all this lesson (38)
I don't understand what is a point in "At the end of the day it's what you believe in that's important."

This is an example of a cliche - an expression which has very little meaning and is used in the sense of ultimately/finally/in conclusion So the whole sentence can be interpreted as:I would like to say as my final comment that the important thing is what your actual beliefs are.
