I can see both when I read books. of course, I see "It is no use +ing" most of time. I am just wondering what is the difference between them? Thank you very much for your time!

You'll need to give us examples of each, because I can't imagine that "It is no use [verb]+ed" could ever be correct.

I am sorry. I posted the question wrong. The question is what is the difference between "It is no use +ing" and "It is no use to..."

Examples:

It is no use to blame the looking glass if your face is awry.

It is No Use Blaming Iran for the Insurgency in Iraq
