How many ESL forum posts per day worldwide?

What do you think is the total number of messages per day posted on ESL forums worldwide? I reckon that there are about 15 active Internet forums that that are related to 'English as a Second Language' and they generate an average of roughly 300 posts per day which is a total of 4500 posts per day. That's a very small number considering the fact that the majority of Internet users are ESL speakers.

What is your take on this?

maybe most of them are posting on other forums based on the topics that interest them the most, and that's how they're practicing

from what i can see, many ESL people are reluctant to express their opinions because they are affraid of making mistakes or being laughed at.
i was one of them, so i totally understand how hard it is to speak in another language.
actually, i am affraid of being laughed at by myself more than by others. i think it is the pride that i can't swallow sometimes.

Well, now we average about 600 posts so there has been a significant increase in traffic on our forum.
