You can download the Powerprep tests for free from the official site. www.gre.org

What's so bad about doing it online if it's free? I did Princeton Review's free test on their Web site and it really wasn't any different than doing it offline. I would still do it. They save your results and group the questions by question type in the results, so you can immediately see your strong and weak areas. It's a great test.
